SEA and its sister companies of Southeast Alabama Gas Supply District (SGS) and The Southeast Alabama Gas District (Southeast Gas) have broad experience in marketing and executing prepayments. In 2007 Southeast Gas executed its first prepay deal totaling $898 million. In 2018, SGS executed two prepayments totaling $1.7 billion. And, from 2021 until September 2023, SEA executed six prepayments totaling $3.35 billion. Participant companies for these transactions are based in ten different states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
